how do you have it?
1 teaspoon per serving.
Infuse for 3-5 minutes in boiling water (or longer). Leave as long or as little as you prefer, the longer the stronger, and we love it strong. There’s no bitterness here, only refreshment.
This tea is best consumed just before or at the same time as main meals, to stimulate digestion and absorption of essential nutrients.
