Being free of caffeine, drinking peppermint leaf in a tea is perfect at any time of day, be it before or after a big meal, for appetite control between meals, an afternoon energy boost, or digestion support during our resting and sleep time. The anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties of peppermint tea makes it an all-rounder, from freshening breath and fighting the common cold, to cleansing the digestive tract. The freshness of peppermint leaf is all you need for instant tummy relief and support for uncomfortable digestive issues including bloating, indigestion, cramps and reflux.
Lemon balm, traditionally used to support mood and cognitive function, has a soft mildly sweet citrusy flavour profile with a subtle note of mint. Lemon balm infusions have been shown to have stress and anxiety relieving properties as well as providing vital sleep supporting benefits.
Found just below the rose petals, rose hips are small, round pseudo-fruits of the rose plant. Rose hip has been linked to numerous benefits, including improved immunity, heart health, weight loss and anti-ageing. 1 teaspoon per serving.
Infuse for 3-5 minutes in boiling water (or longer depending on desired taste).
