Caution: Ginseng and astragalus root may not be suitable if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult your health professional.
Echinacea is a plant whose roots and leaves have been traditionally used for medicinal purposes and has been identified as containing anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antiviral agents making Echinacea perfect for boosting your immunity.
The leaves of the lemon myrtle tree are harvested for their aromatic essential oils, citrus-sweet flavour, and amazing health and wellbeing benefits. Rich in antioxidants, anti-bacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties, lemon myrtle has been known to be effective in easing sore throats, digestive issues, acne, cramps and headaches.
Studies have linked Astragalus to a wide range of health benefits, including blood pressure support, bone health, respiratory support, blood sugar regulation, and immunity support. It is also believed to stimulate the spleen, liver, lungs, circulatory and urinary systems, and to fight bacteria and viruses. Is there anything this root can't do?!
Ginseng has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries due to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Ginseng is thought to improve brain function, immunity and energy.
Ginger is loaded with nutrients and bioactive compounds and has a long history of use in traditional medicine. Ginger appears to be highly effective against nausea. It is also used to reduce muscle pain and soreness, has strong anti-inflammatory effects and is thought to be highly effective against chronic indigestion.
Found just below the rose petals, rose hips are small, round pseudo-fruits of the rose plant. Rose hips have been linked to numerous benefits, including improved immunity, heart health, weight loss, and skin aging.
how do you have it?
1 teaspoon per serving.
Infuse for 5-10 minutes in boiling water, to allow extraction from the roots (and to make it extra lemony and gingery).
A beautiful tea. Will definitely buy again, thank you.
I love to flavour of this tea! Has a pleasant lemony flavour that keeps me coming back for more.
