Echinacea
Echinacea is a plant whose roots and leaves have been traditionally used for medicinal purposes and has been identified as containing anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antiviral agents making Echinacea perfect for boosting your immunity.
Lemon Myrtle
The leaves of the lemon myrtle tree are harvested for their aromatic essential oils, citrus-sweet flavour, and amazing health and wellbeing benefits. Rich in antioxidants, anti-bacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties, lemon myrtle has been known to be effective in easing sore throats, digestive issues, acne, cramps and headaches.
Astragalus Root

how do you have it?
1 teaspoon per serving.
Infuse for 5-10 minutes in boiling water, to allow extraction from the roots (and to make it extra lemony and gingery).
