Chicory root is packed with prebiotic fibre (inulin), that feeds the bacteria in the gut that is beneficial in reducing inflammation and maximising absorption of nutrients. Inulin also maintains digestive regularity, supports metabolism, as well as assisting with blood sugar control. 

Dandelion Root

Dandelion root is crucial in digestion and cleansing digestive pathways. Its primary function encourages bile production and speeds up the elimination of toxins and wastes in the liver. It has strong prebiotic potential, encouraging a healthy balance of microbiota in the gut.

Lemon Verbena

Lemon verbena is an underrated herb, delivering both therapeutic and health benefits. It has traditionally been used to bolster immunity, treating colds and fevers, for providing relief from indigestion and digestive spasms, as well as providing metabolic support and aiding in weight loss. It has also been widely used to support anxiety and insomnia. Its lemony aroma and refreshing flavour makes it a beautiful addition to many tea blends. 

Lemon Peel

Lemon peel packs a punch with its tangy flavour profile, benefits of Vitamin C for immunity, and soluble fibre for digestive support.

Ginger Root

how do you have it?

1 teaspoon per serving.

Infuse for 5-8 minutes in boiling water (longer if desired, to release more nutrients and flavour from the root ingredients).
