Nettle Leaf

Nettle leaf provides a number of benefits, including providing hormonal balance and synchrony, aiding in proper liver function, and supporting healthy iron levels, particularly important for women with irregular or heavier menstruation.

The leaves are also astringent and high in vitamin C, purifying and building immunity.

Ashwagandha Root

Ashwagandha root has been found to have an adaptogenic quality. Put simply, adaptogens reduce stress experienced by the mind and body. Ashwagandha has a particular calming effect on the nervous system, reducing depression, anxiety, fatigue, stress-induced insomnia, exhaustion, and general brain ‚Äúfog‚ÄĚ. At the cellular level, Ashwagandha root has been shown to reduce oxidative stress by¬†increasing antioxidant levels and activity in the body, thereby protecting the body from free radical damage.

Gotu Kola

Fennel Seeds
